Membership
We offer an annual membership to residents and non-residents of Tinley Park.

In preparation for the new center, new membership format and new rates, the following membership changes will take effect on the listed date:
- 6 month memberships will be discontinued on April 30
- 4 month memberships will be discontinued on June 30
- 1 month memberships will be discontinued on June 30
Beginning July 1, 2013 only annual memberships will be offered. Members with 1, 4 and 6 month memberships can still convert them to an annual membership at any time prior to the expiration date.

Proof of residency is required. Minimum Age: You must be age 10 or older to join Tinley Fitness. Children ages 10 through Junior High must remain on the first floor with an adult age 18 or older at all times.

 

Group Cycling Classes Now Offered!
Tinley Fitness now offers Group Cycling classes. Check the group exercise schedule in the left column for the most-current Group Cycling schedule.

Group Exercise Classes
There are over 30 classes per week for members of all ages and abilities. Choose from Strength, Step, Zumba and more! Select classes are FREE with your membership.

Pool
We're making waves! Our 3-lane, 25-yard lap pool offers 17 Aqua Aerobic classes per week. Recreational swimming or serious lap swimming is a non-impact exercise choice.

Court Sports
Courts are available for a game of racquetball, handball or walleyball - all included with your membership.

Personal Training
Whether your goals include weight loss, improved health or athletic performance, our Certified Trainers will teach you techniques to maximize the benefits of your workouts. What's keeping you from taking your fitness to the next level? Day, evening and weekend appointments available.

Private Swim Instruction
Private swim instruction is offered for those 18 months through adult. It's never too late to learn to swim. Swim lessons are one-on-one with an instructor.

Parties
Birthday party packages are available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Package includes 3 hours of swimming and volleyball. A party room is included. Fees: Residents $175, Non-residents $265. Price includes up to 25 people; $3 per person over 25 guests. Maximum party size is 50 people.

Massage Therapy
Massage therapy can relieve tension, increase circulation and decrease muscle pain. Select a one-hour massage for $50, or a half-hour for $30.
