Janet has been training clients of all ages for more than 10 years. She holds certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, Core and Strength. Janet has 15 years experience teaching all types of fitness classes, including aerobic boxing for women. She began her career as a staff trainer at a physical therapy clinic, and went on to become a certified Pilates instructor. In her spare time she enjoys boxing, swimming, running and cycling. |

Dave Compton |
Dave graduated in 2004 from Moraine Valley Community College with a certificate in Health Fitness and Personal Training. He received his Personal Training Certification in 2005 and his Senior Fitness of Older Adults Certification in January 2008 from ISSA (International Sports Science Association). Dave has experience training individuals with osteoporosis, arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, and those recovering from gastric bypass. Dave is the Fitness Director with Homer School District 33C where he works with students and faculty. |
Maria Swedberg is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Group Fitness/Boot Camp Instructor. Maria is experienced in developing training programs for people of all ages and all fitness levels. She enjoys helping clients reach their fitness goals through strength training, nutrition and cardiovascular endurance. Maria's specialties are weight loss, body building and marathon training. |

Julie is an AFAA-Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Group Fitness Instructor. She is experienced in training people of all ages and all fitness levels. Julie loves working with clients to help them attain their fitness goals and become more physically active. She also enjoys teaching all types of fitness classes. |
