Have you always wanted to learn cake decoration? Not sure how to start? This is the class for you. Join award winning Pastry Chef Lori Parrett and learn flawless frosting techniques with buttercream, along with baking hints, leveling, filling frosting and beginning buttercream decorating techniques for all occasions. Take home a fully decorated cake made by you. All materials included for use in class. This one day class is for ages 16-Adult. The fee is $75 Resident/$112 Non-resident.
