Have you ever thought of learning the art of directing plays? Here is your opportunity to begin your training as a Theatrical Director.Bulid on your acting experiences, talents, and skills during this concentrated program that will launch your journey into this creative and admirable work. In addition to the weekly class, students will be assigned the position of Assistant Director for one of the current or future Arts Alive Children's Theater productions, working with the Director during auditions, preproduction and rehearsals through performances. Upon conclusion, a certificate of completion is awarded to each student. This class is for students who have performed in at least two plays and have had a minimum of two acting courses (anywhere), or with consent of instructor. This class will meet every Wednesday for 6 weeks. This class is for ages 15- Adult. The fee is $105 Resident/$137 Non-Resident. For more information please call the Park District. |
