Have fun while developing ensemble acting, communication, and creative skills through theater games and exercises. Enroll with your friends or meet new ones as you learn form a Professional Director/Actor. Classes are arranged to meet the students' needs and capabilities while developing the imagination in a theatrical setting. Learn the improvisation methods created and made famous at Chicago's SECOND CITY by actors including Tina Fey, Steve Carell, and Bill Murray (as well as many of the Saturday Night Live Cast members). This is not a course in stand-up comedy or joke telling: instead it is a program that relates to all forms of acting. This is our Conservatory Program consisting of five levels of training: Beginner, Intermediate, advanced, pre-graduate, and graduate. A certificate is awarded upon completion. Courses must be taken in this order. Performance on October 24. This class will meet every Wednesday for weeks. The fee for this class is $105 Resident/$137 Non-Resident.
