| Description: | For those who want to be a vital part of theatrical production but not on stage. In this unique program you will learn hands-on in a professional theater, how to work many of the technical aspects of lighting and sound for a play. Each student will gain knowledge in customary and special lighting effects, running sounds, developing special sound effects and other facets of "theater tech". All participants will work lights or sound at one of the Arts Alive! Children's Theater productions in December and will receive a certificate of completion when finished. No theater experience or technical knowledge required. This class will meet every Tuesday for 6 weeks.
