Yoga and Mobility Workshop
November 11, 2021 –
This 90-minute yoga practice consists of different myofascial release techniques using a tennis ball* to relieve tension and stress from connective tissues. Then there is a short yoga practice to find the body’s range of motion potential. Participants should be able to move up and down from the floor without assistance.
*Bring your own tennis ball.
