Our fitness classes are coming back!!! Register today for classes starting the week of June 8! Class offerings include:
- Yoga: Stress Management, for Beginners, Vinyasa, Next Step, Foundational, Fitness and Hatha
- Basic Fitness and Toning
- Butts & Guts Boot Camp
- Dance Fitness for Kids
- Cardio Drumming
- Beginning Strength for Women
- Maintain 10 ft. social distance between participants.
- Classes will be held outdoors.
- Location will be emailed once finalized.
- Bring your own mat and a water bottle.
- Wear mask coming to and from class
- Classes will be canceled in inclement weather until Restore Illinois plan allows class to be moved indoors.
Most Health and Fitness classes are designed for adults; however, many classes are open to youths age 12 and up. Classes include yoga, cardio salsa, Pilates, Tai Chi, Boot Camp, and much more. Health & fitness classes are a great way to stay in shape and have fun working out. Convenient day time and evening schedules are available.
