Through this practice, we are going to explore traditional sun salutations to warm up our body. Warrior and different poses are going to help us to connect with the 5 elements within our life’s experiences. These elements influence our individual energetic and physical body. We will be closing with breathing techniques and sound healing meditation. Bring a journal to capture in writing your experiences, sensations and emotions about the class. In addition, bring a mat and a blanket.
