Enjoy a spot o' tea at the VVAC before heading to the Irish Parade! Located a block off of the parade route, the VVAC will be decorated for for St. Patrick's Day so you can enjoy music and traditional Irish goodies like scones, soda bread and, of course, teas. Enjoy the Annual Photography Exhibit that will be on display at the event.
