New Campsite @ Rec Center Added!
We have day camp options for early childhood, grades 1 to 7 and grades 7 -10. Each camp features age-appropriate fun, games, activities and field trips. Get the details below on all the offerings! Although we are planning for camp to proceed as normal, we are not sure what summer 2021 has in store. Camp will follow the current IDPH guidelines for summer camps. These could change as we near the start of summer. All changes will be communicated to camp families via email. Enrollment may be limited in all camps according to guidelines, so register early. Tot Camp-Firefly
Camp Firefly is designed to give our youngest campers a fun-filled day of adventures! Weekly themes focus on creativity, independence and friendship while providing a multitude of hands-on opportunities. Each day campers engage in indoor and outdoor activities, in-house visitors, camp field trips and splash pad days are part of this fun adventure. Participants must be able to use the bathroom independently. Day Camp, Sunrise and Sunset Camps:
Summer Day Camp is for campers entering grades 1-7 in the fall. Campers enjoy a wide variety of activities, games, crafts, science, swimming, field trips and special events. Campers are separated into age-appropriate groups led by two to four highly trained camp counselors. We do not accept friendship requests for camp groups. There is a multi-child discount of $30 off a 4-week registration; $60 off an 8-week registration for both McCarthy Park and Vogt Woods camps.
