Children's Theater - "We The People" - 5/15/2015
“How can you say a few words about America?” So begins this patriotic tableau as a committee discusses putting on a patriotic show for their town. Just what does America mean to them? One person pulls out the Preamble to the Constitution, and they decide to use it as a framework for their play. Through a series of sketches organized from the Preamble, they show in both dramatic and comedic ways, not only how the Constitution applies to our past, but also to our present and future. This Norman Rockwellesque patchwork quilt offers slices of life in our America and will be a salute to the children performing in it. This production will be cast with children 7-12; no previous acting experience necessary. Note: Due to the popularity of our plays, we can only guarantee roles for the first 40 children who are put on the audition list. Others will be placed on a standby list, in order. Please call (708) 342-4212 to be placed on the audition list....more info

Teen Theater - "The Phantom of the Opera" - 5/15/2015

The Phantom, who must hide his disfigured face behind a mask, kidnaps Christine and takes her to his lair in the Opera’s cellars. There, he reveals his true identity to Christine and attempts to force her to marry him by threatening to blow up the opera house, killing all those within including Christine’s true love, Raoul. The suspense never ends in this masterful, spellbinding tale of obsession. A tour de force! This production will be cast with children 13-18; no previous acting experience necessary. Note: Due to the popularity of our plays, we can only guarantee roles for the first 30 teens who are put on the audition list. Others will be places on a standby list, in order.
